Nothing came.

Still nothing has arrived after 10 working days (and counting!), which is double the time you assured me.
No updates or progress to report. Nothing at all. It’s very concerning.
If the delivery doesn’t happen soon, I will be asking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.
This is starting to feel like an online scam.
