I placed an order on the 5th January and was advised 5 working days.
I chased it on the 22nd Jan and got a c0ck and bull story blaming loads of external factors beyond their control, and promising it would be soon.
Today (9th Feb) I have received an auto notification of a full refund, but no covering email to explain or apologise.
What an absolute s**t show.
Don’t waste your time.
They deserve to go out of business
Ordered 19 December and delivered on 2 February 2026!! And only after 2 dozen emails/messages which only 3 got a reply, 3 broken deadline promises & the usual excuses that have been mentioned in other 1star reviews. It was only after I had threatened them with a bank chargeback and getting in touch with trading standards was when 2 days later they sent me the actual tracking details and my order eventually arrived at 11:30pm! One of the worst shopping transactions I had ever experienced. If you are willing to wait nearly 2 months for the discounted price then go for it otherwise its best to stay away from this company
Efficent and fast delivery only thing that could get better is an update on deliveries as my tracking never changed from waiting for details. Apart from that really nice delivery guy called sof very polite
Extremely poor customer support. I placed an order on January 7th, and it still hasn't been delivered. Despite numerous attempts to reach out through various channels, I haven't received any updates. This experience has been very disappointing and shows a lack of reliability.
I placed an order on November 3, and even after sending three follow-up emails, my items have yet to arrive, although my card has been charged. They replied once to clarify that they are a small business and assured me my order would be delivered that week, but it never came.
Is this a scam?

Still nothing has arrived after 10 working days (and counting!), which is double the time you assured me.
No updates or progress to report. Nothing at all. It’s very concerning.
If the delivery doesn’t happen soon, I will be asking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.
This is starting to feel like an online scam.
