I placed an order on the 5th January and was advised 5 working days.
I chased it on the 22nd Jan and got a c0ck and bull story blaming loads of external factors beyond their control, and promising it would be soon.
Today (9th Feb) I have received an auto notification of a full refund, but no covering email to explain or apologise.
What an absolute s**t show.
