I was really looking forward to the products, but over two weeks later, they still hadn't sent them. I would have been completely fine with a partial order and an email explanation, but received nothing. I emailed them multiple times, but they refused to respond. Each time I inquired about the order status, they would just create a shipping label for USPS and leave it stagnant with no updates, not shipping it or fulfilling the order at all! To make matters worse, I had to download an app to track it! How is that a way to do business? I've canceled the order and am awaiting a refund. I've filed a dispute with the bank in hopes of recovering my $71. Fingers crossed...
