Avoid this seller! Terrible experience.

This seller is unreliable! I ordered peanuts and walnuts and received an email indicating they were shipped, but the package never arrived. I reached out via phone and email, and they claimed it was on the way, providing a shipping link. However, the link showed it was never out for delivery. Now, I can't even access their website. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, who investigated and found the seller argued back, presenting shipping info. This feels like a total scam, and I'm out $30. I've never had a package go missing before, and after seeing similar complaints, it's clear this was fraudulent. I'm escalating this with my credit card company. Stay away from this seller!

This service is a scam! I ordered peanuts and walnuts from them. They sent me an email indicating it was shipped, but I never received it. I called and emailed, and they claimed it was being shipped and provided a shipping link. The link showed it was initiated but never out for delivery. Now, I can't even find their website anymore. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they had the audacity to argue with them, presenting shipping information. It's a total scam, and now I'm out $30. I've never had a package stolen before. After reading reports of similar issues, I realize it was a fraud against my credit card company. I'm not letting this go. My credit card company is my next call. Avoid this service...

I was really looking forward to the products

I was really looking forward to the products, but over two weeks later, they still hadn't sent them. I would have been completely fine with a partial order and an email explanation, but received nothing. I emailed them multiple times, but they refused to respond. Each time I inquired about the order status, they would just create a shipping label for USPS and leave it stagnant with no updates, not shipping it or fulfilling the order at all! To make matters worse, I had to download an app to track it! How is that a way to do business? I've canceled the order and am awaiting a refund. I've filed a dispute with the bank in hopes of recovering my $71. Fingers crossed...

I usually can spot shady sites...

I usually can spot shady sites, but these individuals deceived me. On 5/15, I ordered $99 of crystallized ginger online, with advertised 2-3 day free shipping. They charged my card immediately. On 5/22, I emailed to check on my order as it hadn't shipped. On 5/25, they replied that my order was canceled due to insufficient stock and my payment had not been refunded yet. On 6/3, I emailed again demanding my refund and have received no response. So much for supporting a small business; they have done nothing but take my money, waste my time, and cause frustration.

Not a dependable service.

My first order from this service was on 4/29. I ordered four items. Fifteen days later, my package arrived with only three items included. There was no invoice or explanation. I was charged for all four items. I called the number listed for refunds and returns, only to get an 'invalid number' message. I also sent an email and have yet to receive a response.

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago

I placed an order over three weeks ago; they took my money but I never received my order (55€ for cardamom!). No response at all: numerous emails and phone calls went unanswered. Shocking and awful; I've never encountered such a service.

Avoid this service!

This is the worst service I've ever dealt with. I placed an order and waited a week. I tried to contact support to find the status of my order but received no reply. I sent several emails to the provided address but still got no response. After almost two weeks with no communication, I informed them I would leave a negative review, and they processed a refund almost immediately.

I regret not checking reviews first…

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this service! I received severely damaged boxes with part of my order, damaged bags, holes, and torn bags, along with several large bulk items I paid for but did not receive! The service claimed I had to pay to return the damaged items since I cannot use them. The damaged goods should be replaced or refunded! I've never experienced such a situation with missing bulk items and so many damaged products!

Healthy and delicious!

I'm thrilled I found this service! Their dried fruits are absolutely delicious, and I can feel the quality in every bite. The website is easy to navigate. I made a mistake with my order, and they corrected it without any hassle. 😊 I wish I had discovered them sooner! Definitely recommending them to all my friends.
