I ordered $168 worth of products. I only received 4 out of 6 items, with the missing items totaling $94. I've left emails with no response. Countless calls just led to an answering service that said the mailbox was full and disconnected my call. The online chat doesn't provide any responses! The packaging was a cut-down Evian water box with a weight of 10.4 lbs, while my order was over 20 lbs. I've contacted my payment service for a refund and reported to the BBB. The worst service I've ever encountered!
