I signed up for the service and the installation took place on 12/17. However, the installation was poorly executed and incomplete. The doorbell camera fails to charge, and the mounting plate is insecure, making it easy to remove. The second camera provided was meant for indoors and only reflects the window blinds instead of showing the outside. The technician also neglected to activate the motion sensor. I attempted to reach out to him on December 26 to arrange a follow-up visit, but as of December 31 (New Year's Eve), I have yet to receive any response. I contacted the company on December 29 to express my dissatisfaction and to cancel the service, citing their failure to fulfill the contract. I was promised a call back from a senior manager within 24-48 hours, but I have heard nothing and have called twice, including a 30-minute hold with no answer. I strongly advise against using this service; they appear to be a scam and lack proper equipment, customer service, or support.
