The service has installers who are engaging in deceitful practices. A technician came to my home to set up the system, and after installing the wall panel, he claimed that cameras wouldn't work because I had Verizon internet. Shouldn't he have checked that before coming? I expressed that without cameras, the service was pointless. Despite this, he tried to upsell me, insisting he could find a solution and would return the following week. He never did. When I called him, he reiterated that cameras were not an option due to my internet provider. He hastily installed the panel and left, fully aware that the system wouldn’t function. The company has been trying to charge me since his departure. He even claimed that my previous service provider was being sued. I want this contract canceled, or I will escalate the matter.
