I signed up for the service and the installation was completed on 12/17. Unfortunately, the installation was poorly executed and incomplete. The doorbell camera fails to charge, and the mounting plate is insecure. The second camera provided is an indoor model that only reflects the window blinds. The technician did not activate the motion sensor. I reached out to him on December 26 to schedule a follow-up, but as of December 31, I have received no response. I contacted the company on December 29 to express my dissatisfaction and request a cancellation due to their failure to meet the contract terms. I was promised a callback from a senior manager within 24-48 hours, but I have heard nothing and have called twice, including a long hold with no answer. I strongly advise against using this service; they seem to lack proper equipment and customer support.
