Ordered a 10g gold bar but got a 5g bar. Contacted customer support, who initially asked me to return it at my expense with a promise of a refund on postage and a replacement. However, my wasted time won’t be compensated. They called back shortly to say not to return it until they reviewed the CCTV footage. Now, I’m told it could take up to 5 days to confirm! Very frustrating experience so far, and I doubt I would recommend or use this service again. I’ll update this review when I hear more.
