I placed an order in August, and after several weeks without receiving my item, I followed up to discover it had been sent to the wrong address. After reaching out via email, I was informed that a 30-day investigation would be initiated. Two months later, I inquired again and received a document stating that the investigation concluded it was delivered correctly, which was not the case. Now, in December, I still lack my item, a refund, or any accountability from the delivery service or the company. This has been a very frustrating experience with minimal support when it was needed. I would recommend being cautious before placing an order here, as their products are quite pricey, and a misdelivery could leave you in a similar situation.
I had always relied on this service for my silver purchases and had been very pleased with their offerings until now. Unfortunately, my recent interaction was quite frustrating. I received a call stating that one of the silver bars I was attempting to sell back was supposedly not from an approved refinery, which meant they could not honor the full advertised price. This bar was originally sold to me by the service, along with three others, as part of a transaction for second-hand round bars. It is unacceptable that a product provided by them is later rejected when trying to sell it back, leading to a loss for the customer. From my experience, I would strongly recommend that other customers: Keep detailed written records of what is supplied, including refinery information. Obtain written assurance that any “second-hand” bullion sold will be accepted back at full value. Regrettably, this encounter has severely damaged my trust, and I will not be making future purchases from this service. Shame on you for this experience.
Ordered a 10g gold bar but got a 5g bar. Contacted customer support, who initially asked me to return it at my expense with a promise of a refund on postage and a replacement. However, my wasted time won’t be compensated. They called back shortly to say not to return it until they reviewed the CCTV footage. Now, I’m told it could take up to 5 days to confirm! Very frustrating experience so far, and I doubt I would recommend or use this service again. I’ll update this review when I hear more.
