I wanted to avoid large orders and kept 5 purchases from 5 different venders under £5,000. The other 4 went great. I'd read that Bullionbypost delayed deliveries and it was suggested they manipulated deliveries based on the market price over that time. Well, out of my 5, none asked for ID (which is why I kept orders small, I have privacy issues due to overwhelming overreach by certain governments lately). After waiting over a month (all other orders had been delivered long ago), I called and was told they'd sent a request for ID (which I've hunted for and cannot find)... and although the market was down all month, gold is now higher than the price I'd paied Bullionbypost... but I'm taking the refund and will never do business with them again.
