Horrible company. First order went smoothly, in the second order the gold was missing. They refused to check the packing surveillance and didn't claim the shipping insurance policy they claim to have. Customer service was rude and stubborn, didn't offer a refund, and gave a measly discount for the next order which I didn't use. Lost money and all trust in them. According to other reviews, this seems like a common occurrence. Now I'm worried my previous orders had bullion with false purity.
