These people are pure evil stay away.
My experience with this dealer was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Without exaggeration, it was the worst customer service and buying experience I’ve ever had with any business. These people operate in a way that feels dishonest, manipulative, and entirely self-serving. They’ll tell you that prices are “locked in” the second you submit an online form, but that’s false and incredibly misleading — no price is actually guaranteed until they decide it benefits them.
Everything about how they run their business seems designed to trap you into unfavorable deals. When market conditions work in their favor, they’ll enforce every rule rigidly; when they don’t, those same rules suddenly change. It’s crystal clear they’re not looking out for you — they only care about maximizing their profit in every possible way.
On top of the dishonesty, their customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered. They show no empathy, no accountability, and no interest in solving issues once they’ve taken your money. I even received a 2 oz gold bar with a clipped corner — a huge disappointment that perfectly sums up the lack of care or integrity this dealer operates with.
In my opinion, this business is predatory and completely untrustworthy. There are plenty of reputable bullion dealers who treat their customers with respect, honor their commitments, and communicate transparently — I strongly recommend taking your business anywhere I regret not buying from my bank as the whole process would have much easier and stress free. If you think you are saving money by going to these guys you will find out the hard way. These are the most cold hearted, disgusting people you will ever encounter and I mean that from thew bottom of my heart.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with this business.Initially, the owner (MONIRUZ ZAMAN) came across as friendly and helpful. However, once payment was sent, the situation changed quickly. I was told pricing would be honored based on when payment was received, even though I had placed the order the day before at higher prices and understood that online orders were not permanently locked in.Instead of honoring the discussed pricing, my payment was split into two separate orders. This effectively doubled the quantity of items and significantly increased my total cost without that being my intention.When I questioned this and asked about cancelling one of the orders, I was told there would be a substantial “market loss” fee — amounting to thousands of dollars — just to cancel. That felt extremely unreasonable and left me feeling pressured.To make matters worse, after this issue arose, it became very difficult to communicate directly with the owner. Attempts to speak with him were blocked by staff, and I was unable to get clear answers or a direct resolution. That lack of transparency and accountability was deeply concerning.Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution. Make sure every pricing term, order detail, and cancellation condition is clearly documented in writing before sending payment. What seemed straightforward at first turned into a costly and stressful situation that I would not wish on anyone. Also if you scroll down this companies reviews you should notice that almost all of their 5 star reviews are fake. I wish I noticed this before I went to make an order with bullionmart. Their business is to screw you. Thats the truth.

It took a long time to place my order…

It took a long time to place my order and ship it, but that was understandable with what Silver and gold. We’re doing in the markets one ship it was here. The next day product was imperfect condition. My only complaint is I asked them to include a capsule and they did not that was frustrating because it’s a rare size item being a 1/4 platinum eagle. It’s hard to find capsules for this.

The owner of this store at 1060 Sheppard ave west is thief and greedy , I put order online in Jan 03 and locked it and I choose to in in store when I went to the store the employee honour the price then the owner came and change the probe on me . He was very rude and 0 customer service.
