I did get what I paid for and thank you for the effort. The whole store front seemed kinda fly by night and entering the location it looked brand new but like it hadn’t been cleaned since they moved in. Garbage’s full , dirty floors - construction materials leaning against the wall. When I called I received no clear instructions where to go - park - and after making a purchase how to get back into the underground parking that they must let you into. It seemed like I was the first live customer with cash. Maybe buy online if you trust them - when I tried to make an online payment my bank called me instantly and said go in person. Please Bullionmart - Stream line your storefront process and clean it up for goodness sake. If someone’s spending thousands of dollars on silver or gold at least have it be a clean environment.
