I ordered a gold bar from Bullion Mart, but I never received it. Tracking showed it was picked up by someone else, though I never authorized anyone to collect it. I filed a police report (which is now closed) and contacted Canada Post, who confirmed that only the sender (Bullion Mart) can pursue a delivery claim. Canada Post also informed me that the claim amount had already been reimbursed to Bullion Mart.Despite this, Bullion Mart has refused to issue a refund or replacement, and my reminders to their team (including Rachel) have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, the value of gold has increased since my purchase, causing me additional loss.I have since discovered that many other customers report the same issue — parcels “delivered” or picked up by others, with Bullion Mart refusing responsibility. This pattern is deeply concerning.
