Love this brand for my 7 year old pitbull/mix. Plus, great customer service! I wish I found this company sooner. I’ve had my dog on Bully Max for a few years now and I’ve seen great improvement in my dog’s health. She had issues with UTIs and crystals in her bladder and was on expensive prescription food (which made her chunky). Since switching she has lost some weight and has had no urinary issues. I was sad to see they discontinued the formula we use but they reached out to me and suggested an option that is comparable. Unfortunately, the option (lamb formula) has pork in it and she’s allergic to pork. I didn’t realize until I received my order. I reached back out and Joanna promptly sent me a label to return the food and at my request suggested another option. I’m waiting on the new order to arrive! I highly recommend this company. My dog loves the food and their customer support is friendly, prompt and easy to communicate with.
