I ordered my product on 11/29/23. Got my "shipped" email from Bumble on 12/1. It officially shipped on 12/4. It is 12/15 and there has been no movement on the UPS tracking. I paid for the 7-10 day shipping but still do not have a package or an updated delivery date. I have chatted with customer service and all they do is recite the same thing I can see on my own via UPS tracking. No offer to ship me a new product in case this one is lost, no offer to refund shipping costs even though it's taking forever. Just a literal response telling me the tracker says it's on its way. I mean come on bumble, your product can be purchased via many retailers but those of us who purchase directly through you are just trying to support you. Next week will be the third week of waiting for a product that I paid shipping costs on.... this is unheard of in 2023. Will not purchase products anymore simply due to the fact this does not seem to be a concern of theirs. Hopefully, it will be here by 12/21 so I have it for Christmas as its a gift. Any later it won't make my travels.
