Flowers were ok, card ok, but chocolates missing. I ordered these for Mother’s Day so it was disappointing. The replacement chocolates also did not arrive but a Jiffy bag with a card saying ‘apologies from Bunches’ did. Whether the chocolates were ever in the Jiffy bag, or whether the postie helped themselves we’ll never know! Have now received a refund for the chocolates, but my Mum was disappointed, as am I. Will not use this company again as I don’t trust them to send what I ordered.
