Purchased online but no option to leave a note for shop. I decided to go ahead with purchase as there was an email address where I can leave my instructions note. What I didn’t expect is they did not reply to my request, which was very disappointing. There is also no tracking of whether the flowers was actually delivered.

I give a 5 star as the company is a lovely family business and I’ve never had a bad bunch of flowers but the only thing I would say is be careful of size as the pictures like all florist never show the true bunch.
The flowers are always beautiful and last longer than all other florist so 💯 for that
I would definitely recommend this company and will always use them myself.
They also use the post office for deliveries which is far better than all the other couriers out there

Absolutely shocking flowers received for Valentine’s Day. This company is usually my go too, but they have definitely just done a money grab for valentines this year. Shocking quality, half dead and hardly even a bunch. Really not happy, it’s not even like they are cheap either. They have lost my trust for future purchases now. Complete let down, I feel sorry for people who have only purchased these flowers as a gift and have no backup gift.

Consistently Impressive Bouquets and Service

Over the past few years, I have sent and received a variety of stunning bouquets. The service is typically of excellent quality, and the flowers, particularly the carnations, last over two weeks. The selection of bouquets caters to every budget and occasion, and the additional items like cakes and candles are also top-notch. However, my most recent letterbox bouquet was unfortunately left on my cousin's doorstep instead of being delivered through the door during the cold weather (3/1/26), likely due to a delivery error. I felt a bit let down and hoped the flowers didn’t freeze. My cousin mentioned they were fine, but I truly hope that’s the case!

Simple ordering process, and I appreciate the charitable contribution.

The ordering process was straightforward, and I appreciate that a portion goes to charity. However, I was disappointed with the additional postage costs, as I usually try to minimize shipping expenses, but that wasn't possible this time. The loyalty points are a nice touch. My friend loved her flowers, and I was particularly fond of the ‘Winter night’ bouquet; it offered a refreshing alternative to the typical red and gold holiday arrangements.

Disappointing experience with the service.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I purchased a card for a friend's birthday and paid extra for it to be delivered on 29/11/2025. However, the card never arrived. I attempted to send an email to express my concerns, but it bounced back as undeliverable. The reason given was that only members can send emails, whatever that means. I'm extremely frustrated.
