I was a satisfied 3-year Bungalow resident and regularly recommended them to friends. Not anymore.What happened:Bungalow demanded I pay to remove previous tenants' trash from the garageI explicitly rejected this in writing, stating it was not my responsibilityThey promised to review with their "legal team" and get back to meThey never responded, but sent someone to clean anywayCharged me $112.50 without authorization with 4 housematesWhen I demanded a refund with full documentation, they refusedThen charged me AGAIN a second time for the same workAlso charged roommates who weren't even living there when this happened, total of 6 housematesCustomer support:Multiple representatives (Eduardo, Mario, Maykol, Ana, Gisselle) gave contradictory information, ignored documented evidence, and provided vague non-responses like "if adjustments are applicable, you'll see them in your ledger."Bottom line: Bungalow will charge you for things you explicitly reject in writing, refuse to refund you even with proof, then charge you again. Their customer support is incompetent at best, predatory at worst.I tried resolving this privately for months. They chose not to.
