The most recent patch came out last Tuesday and there was a bug that erased a great deal of our players user names including my own. Not only has this company not been helpful at all regarding the issue, they started with blaming the players, moderators on their forums deleting and banning players that challenged them for not attempting to revert the patch, lying to the community telling us that it is not possible to correct a name change issue and saying things like there has never been a magic button or tool to restore your identity in game even though it’s the recommended name on Bungie.net. This has been a massive cover up and there has been no attempt to resolve our issues or hold people accountable. They just get rid of you and hide from the issue
