The treatment of the game has reached a new low in recent years. There have been countless unnecessary nerfs, some of which are obscured by "technicalities." I've witnessed players eliminate other characters with sidearms in just two shots, while rockets feel ineffective. The so-called "new" location was vaulted after just a few months, locking away numerous weapons and hindering new players from learning dungeon mechanics. Events lack incentives, with rewards often going to high-ranking players who solely focus on the current "meta." The only solution seems to be a complete overhaul of the game. It's crucial to listen to the regular player base. Personally, I might consider stepping away from the game as these changes have rendered progression nearly impossible, and the so-called "end game" content feels more like a tedious grind than actual engaging content.
The state of the game has drastically declined over the past couple of years. There have been countless unnecessary nerfs, some obscured by vague explanations. I've witnessed players taking out others with sidearms in two shots, while rockets feel ineffective. The so-called 'new' location was vaulted after a short time, locking away numerous weapons and methods for teaching new players. Events lack incentives, and rewards mainly go to high-ranking players who dominate the current 'meta.' The only way to salvage this situation is to completely overhaul the game. The developers need to listen to the average player base. Personally, I might quit playing, as these changes have made progression feel impossible, and 'end game' content has become a tedious grind.
A long-time player feeling let down. The game has become a mere shadow of its former glory. Since the introduction of the portal, you need to be at a high level to acquire good gear, which is all dependent on light points. I appreciate the reward system and bonuses, but there are no new weapons worth pursuing. The same missions in the prison of elders have been repetitive for ages, and crafting should be more prominent. The current event is the worst; casual players won't have a chance to earn rewards or points.
I would give zero stars if possible. There is absolutely no support when you get hacked. Emails, support forums, and tickets go unanswered, and there seems to be no willingness to assist long-time players. A service like this deserves to fail. Since March 2025, it has been impossible to remove hackers from your account. AVOID THEIR GAMES.
As a new player, I was just starting to enjoy the game. However, while playing, my phone received notifications from other activities. To my shock, my cash app was being accessed without my consent. Each ping coincided with $15 being withdrawn. The thought of my bank account being vulnerable is alarming. I'm currently disputing this with my bank. I echo others' sentiments here—this feels like a scam. I've removed the app from my phone; I won't be fooled again.
The worst game developer I have encountered. They might develop, but testing? Not a chance. The recent release had zero testing, with errors every few minutes causing disconnections. The issues stem from poor coding, not network errors. It seems like massive layoffs occurred. I could do better with outdated tech. What a disappointment! It would have been nice to know this was an untested alpha release.
