The pick-up process was a bit chaotic and documents had to be filled out multiple times, even though we had already filled them out online in advance.During the vehicle handover, only the bare essentials were covered. For someone without camping experience, this was certainly not enough (e.g. the on-board computer had to be switched on manually, which was not explained to us in advance, so we had to drive back after setting off)! We also had to point out that the bedding we had booked and the Silvershields were not available.We had a new vehicle with low mileage. Technically, everything was fine, except for Apple CarPlay. This did not work (with or without a cable connection) in 98% of cases. This was extremely annoying and would have made navigation much easier.The return was quick, smooth and without any notable incidents.
