In total the entire time form the first order to final delivery took 6 weeks. Was forced to send more than 30 email as well as countless phone calls to about 40 staff across Glenfield and New Lynn branches as nobody knew where my order had been sent, where in transit, whether it had in fact been sent or where it might be coming from or going to.At one point I was told the my order was missing, had been lost, or was misplaced.Bunnings staff are generally rude, unhelpful, inconsistent and my experience of Bunnings is one of chaos, disorganisation, unprofessional and unfriendliness.STAY AWAY FROM THEIR STORES!
