The service at this location is incredibly poor. Staff seem disinterested in helping and often avoid customers. The lack of experience is evident, and calls go unanswered for long periods. I will be returning to a different store.
I ordered a kitchen pack on November 21st, expecting it to be ready in 7-10 working days as per the agreement. On November 28th, I received a message that my order was ready for pickup. I started renovations on December 3rd, coordinating with a builder, plumber, and electrician. However, upon arriving to collect the pack, I was informed that the countertop required an additional 2-3 days. After waiting another three days, I returned for an update and was told it would take another week! My kitchen has been in disarray for days, and now I must wait even longer. No one mentioned that the cabinets and countertop would arrive separately. This has been a frustrating experience.

I called to check if a specific item was in stock, and the representative informed me that they only had a display model available. However, when I visited the store, I found the item on the sales floor. If you're not interested in your job or lack motivation, perhaps it's time to consider a change. Please confirm facts before responding.
I arrived at the store for a pickup at 6:15 PM, only to find all self-checkouts closed. A staff member indicated that checkouts were closed, while there was a long queue at the tool checkout and another at returns. Why were the self-checkouts closed with so many employees around? Very disappointing!
While the store offers a good range of products at reasonable prices, the customer service is lacking. The checkouts are often closed or understaffed, leading to long wait times at the paint and information desks. In comparison, another store offers a better selection and outstanding customer service.
Don't expect much from this store. Some staff members lack essential knowledge and basic customer service skills. While some prices are competitive, my experience here was significantly less favorable compared to another store. It might be time to evaluate the performance of some employees.
I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service during my first visit. I was searching for duct tape but had no idea where to find it. When I asked a staff member for help, I was directed to the paint department and left without guidance. After wandering around, I finally located the item myself. At the checkout, I encountered a long wait with staff seemingly ignoring customers. When I mentioned the poor service, a staff member dismissed it as normal. I left quickly and don’t plan to return. If there were a minus rating, I would choose that.
