I ordered a kitchen pack on November 21, and according to the agreement, it was supposed to be ready within 7-10 working days. On November 28, I received a message stating the order was ready for pickup. On December 3, I started renovations, coordinating with a builder, plumber, and electrician. However, when I arrived to pick up the pack, I was informed that the countertop would require an additional 2-3 days. After another 3 days, I went back for an update, only to be told it would take another week! My kitchen has been in disarray for 3 days now, and I must wait at least another week. No one informed me that the cabinets and countertop would arrive separately. This has been a very disappointing experience.
