It took an excessive amount of time (3-4 weeks) to verify my identity and source of funds, preventing me from accessing my money. The attractive interest rate was only valid for a year. I believe the fine print mentioned this, but I overlooked it. The maximum amount eligible for the favorable rate was also not clearly stated, and I missed that as well. The limitation of 2 withdrawals per month on the interest-bearing savings account is a significant inconvenience for those who need to transfer money frequently. Exercise caution if you can manage these restrictions; I clearly could not.
