Beaware of BUNQ. They block and suspended my personal and business accounts without an explanation. I had euro3356 in my account, and i am not sure if they will return my money.
I tried to contact their support email, all they say is contact us via app, whereas there is no optionin the app,
passive income is fine here, around 3% on gbp account....
but I got extra +9% last year thans to my stock portfolio. Maybe it sounds like not much, but considering that I did nothing - it is so cool! And fees for stock trading here at bunq are so low...incredible.
Probably will move to bunq elite plan next month🚀
This is an absolutely fraudulent bank that steals dreams, money, and reward points accumulated over years. I used this bank and collected more than 100,000 points, which I planned to redeem for my future trip.
But recently, my account was closed without any explanation, and I was unable to redeem my points. They told me that points can only be redeemed when the account is active. This looks exactly like a scam scheme — once I accumulated a large number of points, they simply blocked my account so I couldn’t use them.
I will fight for this and I want to make sure that no one ever uses this bank again, because this is clearly a scam approach.
Everything bout bunq is dope. They have copied absolutely nothing from the corporate banks and corporate world. I suggest checking their calls for job descriptions on their website. I seriously got a wish to apply and work for them even tho i know nothing about banking nether am I a developer.
But since i like their vibes, i will keep recomendig them as best banking solution in the market
Due to my busy nature of work - well, business, I am all the time on the phone. Busy calls, chats. Therefore, being online constantly is a must to me. When I was abroad, I used to spend time gettin a new sim card. But with bunq no more issues of this sort. E-sim solves it for me.📶Roaming costs are really low to me now. And that is only one feature of many from bunq!
I was on a vacation recently to Vietnam, and was worried about ATM withdrawals out there. Didn't know what they have, so was not quite sure, but support assured me that there is nothing to worry and it's possible to make withdrawals from practically any ATM. They were right about it, there were several ATMs near my hotel, and I was able to withdraw from each one of them. Feess were not charged since I have an elite account by the way, it really saves lots of moneyy
its the spending, limit i can put limits on various spendings and its helpful because it tells you more about your spending. i didnt know i spend so much on some things until i set the limit and it was broker after like 2 weeks lol.. elite plan doesnt seem to hav eneough features to improve, its 2x price but alsmost the same features except trave l support
Bunq is not perfect. I’m rating them 4 stars, because of the price tag for an elite account. I personally think that 19 euros is overpriced, 15 euros would be justified. Besides that, this neobank has stronger mobile applications with lots of features that helps with both usability and money management. Spending limits is my favourite one.
I've NEVER encountered such a poor banking service. The support relies on a virtual agent that only provides incorrect information, and when issues escalate, the agent claims it's not their responsibility. This is why I consider this bank to be inadequate. Fortunately, there are numerous other online banks offering superior and more affordable services. I appreciate the opportunity to seek out better alternatives.
I was upgraded from a free account to a paid €18 a month Elite account without my consent. I had to request cancellation multiple times, and then I was charged again for the second month, which was later refunded. It took an excessive amount of time (3-4 weeks) to verify my identity and source of funds, preventing me from accessing my money. The attractive interest rate was only valid for a year. I believe the fine print mentioned this, but I overlooked it. The maximum amount eligible for the favorable rate was also not clearly stated, and I missed that as well. The limitation of 2 withdrawals per month on the interest-bearing savings account is a significant inconvenience for those who need to transfer money frequently. Exercise caution if you can manage these restrictions; I clearly could not.
