I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with BURGA. Communication was very slow — it took multiple follow-ups just to get a response to simple emails. On top of that, when I requested a refund for a product that clearly does not work as advertised, I was met with unreasonable requirements instead of a straightforward resolution.
The product is defective/bogus and does not perform as promised, yet the company seems more focused on avoiding a refund than standing behind what they sell. Customer service should not feel like a battle. I would not recommend purchasing based on my experience.
