Review Time
While the product line is great and looks very inviting, I must remain among the ones who cannot review it. Because it never arrived. Tracking stopped at some point in Poland two weeks after the product was shipped (already a very long time considering we're both in Europe - Burga in Lithuania and I in Italy) and what followed was a lot of back and forth with DPD LT and Burga customer service. I was ready to leave a one star review, basically for wasting my time and holding on to my funds, but after a few days of exchanging emails, the unexpected happened - refund was sent out not after 10 days of parcel search as I was initially told, but the day the "search" began. Hence, three stars for a relatively speedy solution, initiated by Burga. KUDOZ for that. As for the product, I opted for a competitor who delivered in 2 days. Food for thought.
I didn't only buy a product rather a whole experience !!! From the moment I placed my order until the day I received it, your communication was personal, attentive, and professional.
The Burga Team was super responsive and provided multiple solutions to our issue. Once we decided, they delivered on their promise. My daughter is thrilled with her phone case and we will be buying more!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with BURGA. Communication was very slow — it took multiple follow-ups just to get a response to simple emails. On top of that, when I requested a refund for a product that clearly does not work as advertised, I was met with unreasonable requirements instead of a straightforward resolution.
The product is defective/bogus and does not perform as promised, yet the company seems more focused on avoiding a refund than standing behind what they sell. Customer service should not feel like a battle. I would not recommend purchasing based on my experience.
Stop the runaround and give me back my $89 theives.
Designs are gorgeous and shipping was fast. I love the quality of the items and the fit is perfect. This is my fifth laptop cover purchase. I have also bought multiple phone covers and an AirPods case. The glossy finish on the phone and AirPods case makes the colours pop. I would love it if the laptop covers could have the same finish too.
I bought phone cases in the past from Burga, however I didn’t like the quality of them. I came back after a few years and wanted to give it another try. I decided to buy a case for my kindle and it fits perfectly and feels luxurious! I will be purchasing again and maybe this time I’ll get a case for my laptop.
The case is broken. I initiated a return and was asked to send pictures which I did. It's been over two weeks and I've followed up twice but there's been no response. They DO NOT stand by their return policy.
I was satisfied with the product , however I can’t believe it took near a month to get to my address . I ordered my phone and phone case at the same time and got my phone almost 3 weeks before my phone case and power bank arrived. If I’m paying $175 dollars I expect fast shipping like UPS . Not USPS , also tracking number always took me to a different website called “track your package” where it was even harder to see where my package was , not sure why not the USPS website. I spent 2 weeks without a phone case for my phone .
