Unsatisfactory experience with support

I tried using their services, but the instructions for the loader seemed simple initially. However, as I followed them, the loader failed to work properly. I consulted their FAQ, but it felt ineffective. I reached out to support, but they took six hours to respond, which contradicted their claim of 24/7 support. Their responses were unhelpful, suggesting I return to the FAQ despite having done so. I felt like they weren't genuinely trying to assist. Additionally, they referred me to another site for a program in a different language, which was frustrating. I highly recommend avoiding this service.

Generally works well!

Most of the time, it functions well, but occasionally it doesn't launch immediately. I usually restart my PC, and then it works fine. Sometimes it doesn't cooperate with the gamebar, so I have to close that first. Once it's up and running, it's good.
