The worst transport company. there are never enough trains, there are always delays never arrived while long because of those unpresentable and they have the shame of raising the price again this year by 6% and no improvement. It is very expensive transport in this country and does not work in conditions. And most of the time the trains are super dirty so that I pay so much money to these people for NOTHING

Trains are often delayed or cancelled, and the heat inside makes traveling uncomfortable, especially during the summer when the air conditioning barely works. Buses in the area are rarely on time, and the schedule updates are infrequent. Since the new schedule was implemented on December 14th, the service has worsened. Moreover, the prices are steep, and the subscriptions do not provide good value.

Disrespectful Treatment of Travelers

Once again, there is a lack of communication with travelers. Trains that are supposed to operate often do not; the cleanliness is poor; fare evaders go unpunished; crowded trains leave passengers feeling cramped; and the refund for delays seems like a scam. Now there's even talk of a ticket price increase. The situation feels monopolistic, and it would be better if other companies could operate trains.

Unprofessional Customer Service

My initial experience with the service turned into a frustrating ordeal. A mishap with my bank card led to an incorrect charge, and despite my prompt reporting, I received no reply in a timely manner. When I finally did get a response, it was too late to rectify the situation. This lack of professionalism and accountability is deeply disappointing.
