As I was visiting Durham NC for two days, I was looking forward to trying Burgerfi at RDU on my return to NY.The store did not appear busy and the staff was very friendly. Not sure how long it takes to fry up three chicken tenders but after sitting at the counter for 30 minutes having paid for my order, I could not wait around as my flight was starting to board. I politely spoke to the manager and regretfully I had to go. Was not even offered a refund.Maybe another time when I have more than half an hour to wait.
