I visited the company a few months back and ordered a Wagyu burger, which was an overpriced, tiny item accompanied by cold fries and a flat drink that was supposedly created by a well-known chef. The burger was soggy and tasted unpleasant, making it not worth the cost. If I wanted something subpar, I'd choose another fast-food option. I was surprised given the chef's reputation.
