Disappointing Experience with the Burger

I visited the company a few months back and ordered a Wagyu burger, which was an overpriced, tiny item accompanied by cold fries and a flat drink that was supposedly created by a well-known chef. The burger was soggy and tasted unpleasant, making it not worth the cost. If I wanted something subpar, I'd choose another fast-food option. I was surprised given the chef's reputation. Today, as I walked by, I recalled this experience and chose not to enter.

A Disheartening Experience

If this is what led to the demise of a cow, I need to rethink my choices. The service took an excessive amount of time—over 20 minutes—for an XL Bacon and Cheese burger (£13). It seemed like it hadn't seen a grill at all. The fries were likely sitting around for a similar duration, as they were limp and cold. At least the staff member wore a mask.

Terrible Experience

I had a dreadful experience with the service. Using the app, I placed an order only to face a 2-hour wait for delivery. There was no option to cancel or contact the company directly, so I had to reach out to the delivery partner, who informed me that I couldn't get a refund since my order was still active. They took my money and left me waiting for hours. I won't be ordering from them again—disgraceful service!

This was completely unsatisfactory. There were not enough staff members, and the dining area was cluttered with leftovers from previous customers. This is not fast food at all! I feel sorry for the employees.

A Complete Disgrace

At the location in Liverpool, it was a complete disgrace. The place was empty, and I had to wait 30 minutes for breakfast. The counter was cold, and the indifferent staff did nothing to help. Absolutely unacceptable.
