I ordered food at a food court in an airport. I intended to get water but accidentally selected a drink option that didn't include it. I explained to the server that I couldn't have sugary drinks due to my diabetes and requested water, which was right next to him. He denied my request and sent me to a distant water dispenser. With a suitcase and food tray, this was impractical. The service was unhelpful and unpleasant. If possible, I would rate this review with zero stars.
