I visited a branch with my grandson and brought up an issue with the staff. Their reaction was shocking; I felt threatened. While I was explaining, two others approached, including a female manager, and were very confrontational. The staff's demeanor was unacceptable, and I was shortchanged on my order. They need training in basic courtesy.
