I ordered food at a food court in an airport. I intended to get water but accidentally chose the freestyle drink option. Unfortunately, water isn't included in that selection. I explained to the server that I have diabetes and can't consume sugary drinks. I asked for water, which was right next to him, but he denied my request and told me to go to a water dispenser located down a corridor near the restroom. Given that I had a suitcase and a tray of food, this was not feasible. The service was unhelpful and quite frustrating. If I could rate this zero stars, I would.
