COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING. Like many others, I share the sentiment that there is ZERO customer service, and the designated time slots are meaningless! It took over three hours just to reach the elevator. I was supposed to ascend at 4:30 to catch the sunset, but that was long gone. The view at the top is underwhelming, with dirty windows, overpriced souvenirs, and terrible food. Don't waste your time and money here. This has been the most frustrating tourist experience I've encountered anywhere.
