Visited expecting incredible views, but left feeling frustrated and let down. Honestly, this place is overcrowded and poorly managed. The lines are painfully long, with no clear organization. The time slots on tickets feel utterly pointless. They continue to sell tickets regardless of how packed it is inside. It seems the focus is solely on profit, not on enhancing the visitor experience. After waiting nearly two hours to go up, the excitement was gone. At the top, I found dusty glass instead of the promised views. It felt like a scam given the price. The descent was another lengthy wait, almost as long as the ascent. Four hours wasted mostly in lines, without enjoying anything. If they can't handle the crowd, why keep selling more tickets? What’s the use of time slots if they don’t adhere to them? I found the management at a different iconic location much better; they should learn from it. Is this really worth it, or just an overrated tourist trap now?
