EXTREMELY Disappointed. Purchased premium tickets at a high cost for a visit to the tower, hoping for an extraordinary experience. Unfortunately, this did NOT meet expectations at all. Besides the long queues, the stifling heat and overcrowded conditions were nearly unbearable. The top lounge wasn’t worth the extra cost, and neither were the other levels. Fortunately, the staff were professional and friendly, which helped our spirits. The worst part was that all the viewing windows were SO DIRTY that our 'picturesque views' were terribly unclear, ruining our photo opportunities! Management should take action to regularly clean the windows so that the iconic site can be a source of pride rather than embarrassment. Many improvements are needed. People have reported that the experience is rarely better during off-peak times as well. Management should be proactive in addressing feedback. Perhaps they should experience the attraction themselves on various days to truly understand what needs improvement. ONLY THEN will it earn a world-class rating!
