Shocking customer service. Purchased tickets as a special treat for family, including a young child. We waited over two hours and had to endure a long wait just to reach the restroom. Eventually, they informed us that a lift was out of service. The little one had enough and left before ever getting in a lift. Don’t risk this unless you enjoy standing in line for hours.
