And they did offer the complete package … I just sat back and let it all happen. Billie-Jane was my contact in the office and was kind, understanding and supportive. Many a time she calmed me and reassured me! I am glad I had her at my side. The packing team, Karol, Connor and Luke worked away quietly and efficiently.
