I mistakenly ordered a fabric I didn't need, but only found out after I placed my order. Upon explaining the situation, they were kind enough to cancel the order! That is enough for me to recommend them as a shop to purchase from, since they understand and have actual empathy for their customers. After all, there was no reason they would be obligated to take that action. They very well could have refused, but they didn't.
