I've ordered from BurlapFabric.com many times in the past which is partially why this time around has been so disappointing. I usually place large orders a few times per year but will not be ordering from them again. I was sent 10 yards of fabric that had been damaged due to the way it was packaged. I contacted the company about the issue multiple times and gave them ample time to respond but heard nothing back. I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute, which I have never had to do before. I did win the paypal dispute but beware that in such a case you will be required to pay the cost of return shipping, even if sent a defective item. Since the return shipping would cost almost the same as the product itself, I was not able to send it back and had to forfeit any refund. I am now stuck with many yards of unusable product and the company didn't even bother to answer my emails. Very unprofessional and upsetting to be treated that way after being a long time customer.
