I placed an order from Burlap Fabric on 9/23 to be delivered within 7 days. We ordered supplies for a wedding the second week in October. I live in SC and my package was delivered to NH. I tried reaching out to the company several times by phone and email. I never received an apology or response to my email, just several days letter a processed refund. I'm very disappointed in the poor level of customer service. How inconsiderate is it for a company to not even offer some type of apology and resolution when you've trusted them with items needed for such a special occasion.
