Our very first trip to Burlingham and we were not disappointed. We were given time to walk around the caravans viewing each one before we were met by Chris. He was extremely polite and helpful, giving us the opportunity to view several caravans without any pressure. He was on hand to answer our questions. We made our final choice of a Coachman and from the beginning to the final handover he continually kept in touch with updates. His customer service was outstanding and we did not feel pressurised at any point. Great service!!! And Chris is definitely an asset to the company (even coming in on his day off to hand the van over, what a star!)
