The whole team at Burlinghams helped to make our caravan purchase a positive experience. There was no hard sell and when we were picking up our caravan we were taken through everything at our own pace, making sure we understood everything. A really pleasant experience thanks to everyone. Even after we left the team was happy to talk us through some trouble shooting .

Our very first trip to Burlingham and we were not disappointed. We were given time to walk around the caravans viewing each one before we were met by Chris. He was extremely polite and helpful, giving us the opportunity to view several caravans without any pressure. He was on hand to answer our questions.
We made our final choice of a Coachman and from the beginning to the final handover he continually kept in touch with updates.
His customer service was outstanding and we did not feel pressurised at any point.

We have just purchased our coachman caravan from Burlingham caravans and what a fantastic service we received. From viewing the caravan to hand over day Oliver and Chris went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a caravan and it will be the first place we visit when we are ready for a upgrade.

Very helpful and supportive. Saying goodbye to my mums old van was difficult but Oliver helped showing me caravans and wasn’t pushy at all. I chose a very similar sized van which I hope will last me the next 10 years. Oliver gave me a good hand over I am sure I have forgotten it but I will soon figure it out Ash was a godsend in helping with pick up and delivery it wasn’t easy for him getting one van out and one in. My only error was forgetting to check the battery was put on new van but Oliver sorted it out and it’s in my car now ready for my next visit.Thank you x

We originally went to Burlingham when we started looking for a caravan as they had a good selection of stock and were a family run business. We had a great experience of buying a van from them. The staff were all very friendly and had a vast knowledge of different makes and models. What i particularly liked is they didn't push one model and could give you honest advice so you could make up your mind which van would personally suit you. Definitely recommended 👌 👍**A big shout out for the staff member with a beard who was absolutely lovely**
