I ordered shoes at Burlington.com . Yes , I used them ones only for 2 hours! Had blisters on my foot, I am glad I had another pair of my old shoes in a car! Otherwise, I would go barefoot! I was taking them to the store with the receipt and box . They told me because they not new they can't take them back. They told me to return them online! I called online office they refused to return them also! I called corporate office. Corporate office have only customer service rep...that is all. They said no we can't take them back because you used them ones! Never will shop again in that store. Those shoes are uncomfortable and have manufactury difficult......why do I have to keep them? Rey unhappy! Not good customer service!
